We offer both next-generation and classic antiviral medications for the flu, prescribed by licensed physicians, to help you recover quickly within the critical 48-hour window.

Influenza is caused by the influenza virus. Its symptoms are typically more severe than those of the common cold and include high fever (38°C or higher), body aches, extreme fatigue, and severe headaches. The common cold has milder symptoms, primarily a runny nose, sneezing, and a sore throat. Influenza can lead to serious complications such as pneumonia, especially in the elderly and young children.
Xofluza requires only a single dose to complete the treatment course, whereas Tamiflu must be taken twice daily for 5 consecutive days. Xofluza employs a novel mechanism of action (a cap-dependent nucleic acid endonuclease inhibitor) that reduces viral load more rapidly. Tamiflu, on the other hand, is a classic neuraminidase inhibitor with over 20 years of clinical experience and is approved for use in children aged 1 year and older.
Antiviral medications for the flu should be taken within 48 hours of the onset of symptoms; the sooner they are taken, the more effective they are. If you experience flu symptoms such as a high fever or body aches, it is recommended that you consult a doctor as soon as possible to obtain a prescription and treatment promptly.
Common side effects of Tamiflu include nausea, vomiting, and headache, which typically occur early in treatment and gradually subside. Xofluza has fewer side effects, the most common of which is diarrhea. Both drugs are generally well tolerated, and serious side effects are rare.
Tamiflu can be used to prevent the flu; take 75 mg once daily for 10 consecutive days. It is recommended for use during peak flu season or after exposure to someone with the flu. However, the most effective preventive measure is still getting an annual flu vaccine, which is recommended before the flu season begins.
Tamiflu (oseltamivir) is considered relatively safe for use during pregnancy, and multiple studies have found no adverse effects on the fetus. However, there is limited data on the safety of Xofluza in pregnant women, so it is generally not recommended for use by pregnant women. If you are pregnant and experience flu-like symptoms, please consult your doctor immediately.
Tamiflu is suitable for children aged 1 year and older, with the dosage adjusted according to body weight. Xofluza is suitable for adolescents aged 12 and older and adults. If a child develops flu symptoms, it is recommended to seek medical attention as soon as possible so that a doctor can determine whether antiviral medication is necessary.
