遵醫生處方服藥；口服薄膜衣錠以清水送服、可與或不與食物同服，整粒吞服勿咀嚼。

成人（≥50kg）一般起始每日兩次、每次 500mg，每 2 週按醫生指示增 500mg／次，目標維持於每日兩次、每次 1,500mg；實際劑量由醫生按個案決定。

★切勿自行驟停：停藥須在醫生指導下逐步減量，漏服時勿加倍補服，依醫生指示處理。
