Important Safety Information: Discontinue use of Yikefu as soon as pregnancy is confirmed. The risk is particularly high during the second and third trimesters. Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients; patients with diabetes must not use this medication in combination with aliskiren. This medication is not recommended for patients with severe liver disease or biliary tract problems, severe hypotension, or certain heart conditions.In rare cases, this medication may increase the risk of angina or myocardial infarction; renal function and serum potassium levels must be monitored. When used in combination with simvastatin, the simvastatin dose should not exceed 20 mg daily; NSAIDs may reduce the antihypertensive effect and increase the risk of kidney damage; concomitant use with lithium may elevate serum lithium levels. Breastfeeding is not recommended while taking this medication.
