只供鼻腔使用。使用前先輕輕擤鼻；搖勻藥瓶約 5 秒後除去保護蓋。

首次使用須預壓：向下按壓並放開泵頭 6 次，直至噴出細霧。若超過 7 天未使用，須重新預壓至出現細霧。

噴藥步驟：頭部略向前傾（切勿後仰）→ 保持藥瓶直立，將噴頭伸入一邊鼻孔 → 以手指按住另一邊鼻孔，迅速按壓一次並同時輕輕吸氣 → 用口呼氣 → 另一邊鼻孔重複 → 用後抹淨噴頭並蓋回保護蓋。

Storage Methods

置於 25°C 以下陰涼乾燥處，切勿冷藏或冷凍；避免浴室、車內等濕熱環境。開封後 6 個月須丟棄。
